What are your shipping days?


Our shipping days are Friday's. We process your orders on Friday. If we received your order before 9:00 am (PST), your order will be shipped that Friday. If we received your order after 9:00 am (PST) your order will be sent out the following Friday.

At Beehive Emporium care is taken when packing your order, all items are carefully inspected before shipping out to our customers.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping starts at $3.95 it depends on how many items and the weight of the items.

Our shopping cart will calculate the shipping cost for you.

What type of payment do you accept?

We Accept Stripe, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club payments.

Do you charge Sale tax?

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of California 8.75%

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped in the order they are received. Your ship time will vary on your location, weather and any delays by USPS Postal Service. Orders are shipped out Friday's Only.

USA Estimate Time Arrival 7-14 Days.

International Estimate Time Arrival 7-30 days.

Do you have a return policy?

USA: Request for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order.

 

International: Request for returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

​​Contact Beehive Emporium by email before returning any product. For any returns, You are responsible for the cost to ship the item(s) back to Beehive Emporium and include a delivery confirmation. Returns will not be honored if the above policy is not adhered to.

How do I receive my refunds?

Once we received your returns, we will issue you a refund thru the payment method that was received.

Do you charge a restocking fee for returns?

There is no restocking fee for returns at Beehive Emporium.

Out of stock what does it mean?

If an item is marked "Out of Stock" It means that we sold out on that item, check back later to see if we re-stock it! or you may email us at tc@beehiveemporium.com for more information.
